The first time I needed my phone repaired, I remember how confused I was. Should I pay the insurance deductible, or let that guy in the mall do it cheap. I decided to do the repair myself, and fell in love with the work. Behind The Screens was born in an effort to rid customers of that frustration and confusion when they need their device repaired.
